A refreshing, healthier dessert, or place on a bed of lettuce to make a salad.
3 medium Sapote ripe
1 pint Organic Strawberries ripe and hulled
1 tablespoon Honeycomb Honey
1 tablespoon Sweet Fruit Liqueur (Strawberry, Raspberry or Apricot)
2 large Organic Kiwi
Peel Sapote and remove seeds; slice.
Halve one Sapote. Combine in processor with 4 strawberries, honey and liqueur.
Puree to a smooth texture.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Halve remaining 2 Sapotes. Peel, seed and cut into 1 inch cubes. Do the same to the kiwis.
Add Sapotes, Kiwis, and Strawberries to the fruit puree.
