4 cups Savoy Cabbage, shredded
1 cup roasted cashews, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup organic parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon organic lemon, juice freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
In a large bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
