1 mango, small diced
1 Pinkglow® Pink Pineapple, large dice
1 Serrano Pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Pink Peppercorn
½ cup Lime Juice
½ tablespoon Melissa’s Blue Agave Syrup
In a small saucepan, heat lime juice and agave syrup until simple syrup is homogenous.
Toss all ingredients with lime simple syrup.
Plate and enjoy!
