Uses
Rainbow Crunch Carrots come in a 2-lb. pack of assorted colors – red, yellow and orange. The deep rich colors stay just as vibrant when cooked, inside and out. These carrots are slightly sweeter and a little crunchier than regular carrots. Add a splash of color to any dish that calls for regular carrots; kids will find them fun to eat, too!
Selection, Storage & Handling
Choose firm carrots with bright colors that are not pliable. After opening, repack in a sealed plastic bag and store in vegetable bin of refrigerator for up to 14 days.
