1 bunch Melissa's red bananas, ripe
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon organic lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon butter
Rum to taste
Peel Red Bananas and slice in half.
Place in an oven dish and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lime juice. Pat with butter and top with rum (if desired).
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.
