6 cups seasonal apples, Chopped
1 tbsp. vanilla
2.5 cups almond flour
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. cinnamon
18 tsp. coconut oil
4 oz. butter
Mix apples, vanilla, and 1 tbsp of the cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, the remainder of the cinnamon, coconut oil, pecans, honey and salt to form a crumble.
Place 2 oz. of the apple mixture in a baking cup. Put one spoon of crumble on top. Place 1/4 tsp. butter on top of each crumble.
Bake for 25-30 min at 350 degrees.
