Ingredients
- 2 Kiwano/Horned Melon
- 3 Passion Fruit Pulp
- 1 tablespoon Honey (Liquid)
- 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 Organic Cantaloupe
- Organic Strawberries or Raspberries
Directions
Cut kiwano melons in half lengthwise and fork out the pulp. Combine kiwano melon pulp with passion fruit and honey. Place scoops of ice cream in the hollowed kiwano melon shells. Add cantaloupe which has been made into balls or diced, and strawberries. Spoon over a little of the horn melon and passion fruit.
