Using Melissa’s Crepes is a simple way to make delicious desserts, side dishes or main courses. Stuffing these nine-inch French Crepes with fruit, seafood, chicken or vegetables is quick and easy. Made from powdered milk, enriched flour, sugar, dextrose, whole eggs, butter and salt, Melissa’s Crepes are fresh and ready to use. Available in a 12/10 count package complete with color photos and recipes, Melissa’s Crepes can be cross-merchandised with an entire range of vegetables, fresh fruits and Melissa's Dessert and Garnishing Sauces.
Selection, Storage & Handling:
Melissa’s Crepes are hand-packed for excellent quality. Once opened, Melissa’s Crepes should be refrigerated and can also be frozen for later use. Store in a cool, dry place for up to a month.
