Ingredients

2 mangos, peeled, seeded and diced

1 Jalapeno chile, seeded and finely diced

1/4 cup organic limes juice, freshly squeezed

1 cup orange juice

10 tomatillos, peeled, washed and finely diced

1 organic tomato, ripe and finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
Allow to sit for 2 hours before use.
