Four beautiful petite varieties, minimum 3/4" in diameter, Baby Sweet Potatoes may include the following varieties (based on best of the season): O’Henry, Hanna and Hanna Gold. Typically the exterior color is tan to buege in color and the interior will range from yellow to slight orange. These baby version tend to offer a shorter cooking time and a thinner edible skin. Any of these delicious and nutritious sweet potatoes makes a tasty garnish or you can mix the varieties to create a colorful side dish.

Choose those that are firm and free of cracks or soft spots. Store in cool dry location for up to 7 days.
