Rare and wildly popular because they are both very tasty and highly nutritious, Melissa’s Dried Wild Lobster Mushrooms are a fabulous taste sensation!

Delicious when used in vegetable sautés, soups, entrees, and rice dishes, Melissa’s Dried Wild Lobster Mushrooms (available in 12/1/2 oz. & 12/1 oz. units), have a bright red-orange color and a firm, meaty texture.

Once rehydrated, Melissa’s Dried Wild Lobster Mushrooms can be served with beef, veal, shellfish, poultry or fish.

Melissa’s Dried Wild Lobster Mushrooms are hand selected for excellent quality. Store in a cool, dry place.

After rehydrating, trim tough stems.

1 ounce of Melissa’s reconstituted dried mushrooms equals 4 ounces of Melissa’s fresh mushrooms.

To reconstitute, blanch in boiling water for 2 – 5 minutes or soak 30 minutes in lukewarm water, wine or consommé. If desired, reserve liquid to add flavor to dishes.
