2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Melissa’s Peeled Garlic, sliced thin
1 package Melissa’s Organic Baby Yellow Potatoes
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
In a sauté pan, melt the butter and heat the olive oil.
Add the garlic and cook, while stirring, for 30 seconds.
Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Mix in the parsley and serve.
