Ingredients

1 pound Melissa's Soy Ground®
-
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter (any favorite oil is okay too)

1 small Organic Yellow Onion, chopped fine

2 cups Bok Choy, finely chopped

2 cups shiitake mushrooms - thin sliced or chopped

2 cups Organic Zucchini, finely chopped
-
2 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
-
3 cans Tomato Sauce
-
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
-
1 tablespoon Kelp for added mineral
-
1/2 cup Cherry Tomato, cut into halves or quarters

1/4 cup Pine Nuts, whole or chopped

1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Directions
Chop all vegetables and set aside.
In a medium size pan lightly coat with oil or butter. Add the following ingredients at once: onions, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, soy sauce, garlic powder, kelp, tomato sauce, zucchini, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, and soy ground. Cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Split the rolls in half and fill them with the Soy Ground® mixture.
Recipe Note
Add more tomato and soy sauce for more consistency. Enjoy!
