1 pound Spaghetti or Angel Hair Pasta
1 (26 ounces) jar Pasta Sauce
16 ounces Soy Ground® or Ground Round
1 medium Perfect Sweet Onion, minced
2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, pour enough olive oil, about 2 tablespoons, in a large skillet to lightly coat bottom of pan. Sauté onion and garlic about 1-2 minutes. Add an additional 1 tablespoon oil, then Soy Ground® or ground round. Stir until completely heated.
Add pasta sauce to skillet and continue to heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve sauce over pasta, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve with garlic bread and green salad for a quick, easy and healthy, dinner.
