An Ambrosia Melon is an exotic melon hybrid that resembles a cantaloupe. It has a pale straw colored skin with thin green netting.
The inside houses a small seed cavity surrounded by a tender bright orange flesh. The flavor is very sweet, similar to a combination of all melons plus flowers. It is also very aromatic.
