Use them to add color and crunch to salads; they are perfect for pickling or you can simply add a few slices to ice water with a splash of lime… delicious! Product of California.
Choose cucumbers that are light yellow in color, avoiding those with too deep of a yellow, which is a sign of age, as the seeds will harden with age. Always refrigerate. Cucumbers will keep for up to one week in a home crisper.
