Biglieri Sauteed Delicata Squash

2 whole Delicata Squash peeled 
4 tablespoons Olive Oil 
4 cloves Organic Garlic large 
Salt and Pepper to taste 


Cut squash into 1 inch thick rings and remove seeds. 

Add olive oil to large skillet over medium heat. 

Add squash, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. 

Toss to coat lightly with the olive oil. 

Cover and cook until tender.
