Baked Crimson Gold Apples

7 cups Organic Crimson Gold Apples peeled cored and sliced
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 cup Water Cinnamon Topping
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Butter or Margarine
2 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar


In a large baking dish, combine apples, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Pour water over apples. In a separate bowl prepare topping: Using a fork, cut butter or margarine into other listed ingredients.

Once mixture resembles coarse crumbs, spread over fruit mixture. Bake in a 350ºF preheated oven 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
