Baby Banana Bake

1 bunch Baby Bananas
1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Organic Limes juice
1 tablespoon Butter, broken into small pieces.
Rum to taste
Peel Melissa's Baby Bananas and slice in half. Place in an oven dish and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lime juice. Sprinkle with butter and top with rum (if desired). Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender. Serves 4.
