Baby Pineapple and Tofu Skewers with Cipolline Onions

2 South African Baby Pineapples peeled and cubed into 24 pieces 
2 packages Organic Hawaiian Style (Fried) Tofu cut into 16 cubes 
16 Cipolline Onions peeled 
2 tablespoons teriyaki flavored marinade 
8 long Bamboo Skewers soaked in water 


Prepare grill. 

Thread 1 piece of pineapple, 1 piece of tofu, 1 piece of pineapple, 1 onion, 1 piece of tofu, 1 piece of pineapple and 1 onion on a skewer in this order. Continue with the remaining skewers. 

Brush with the teriyaki marinade and grill until heated through and golden brown. 

Serve hot. 

Grilling the pineapple brings out its natural sweetness and gives it a smoky flavor.
