Ingredients
Ready made pie dough or your favorite pie dough recipe
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 cup
Asparagus chopped
2 tablespoons
Organic Green Onions chopped
1/4 cup
Mushrooms sliced
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions
Prepare pie dough and place in 9 inch pie pan as package or recipe directs. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread cheese on bottom of prepared pan and top with vegetables.
Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, and pepper. Pour over cheese and vegetables. Bake about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with a fresh green salad.
