Acorn Squash With Boiler Onions

Ingredients

4 ounces Acorn Squash
2 ounces Boiler Onions caramelized
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Paprika

Directions

Wash, cut in half length-wise and remove seeds from squash. Place in shallow pan, cut side down. Bake at 325°F till almost tender (45 to 50 min.)

Turn cut side up and sprinkle with salt. Continue baking until tender (15 to 20 more minutes.)

Spoon onions into squash centers. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

Makes 2 servings.
