Feijoa Glaze

1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Ginger Root finely minced
2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Dried Chile Peppers crushed to taste
1/2 teaspoon Canela (Cinnamon Sticks) crushed
1/4 cup Water


Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and mix well.

Bring to a boil.

Allow to cool slightly, then brush on your favorite meat, ham, ribs, or chicken; cook as your recipe instructs, basting periodically with the glaze.
