1 package Organic Cranberries (12 ounces)
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Meyer Lemons zest
1 tablespoon Meyer Lemons juice
1 Serrano Chile seeded and finely diced
Rinse cranberries, discarding any over ripe or under ripe berries.
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, water, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar and Serrano chile.
Bring to a boil; lower heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce is slightly thickened.
Allow sauce to cool before serving.
