Chile Powder Mix

1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
3 tablespoons Dried Ancho Peppers
2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Mix the ingredients together in blender, blend till all the Dried Ancho Peppers turn into a powder and store in a sealed jar.

Makes 1/2 cup.
