6 ripe Avocados
2 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Melissa’s Perfect Sweet Onions
1 Serrano Chile
2 cloves Melissa’s Peeled Garlic
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Remove the seeds from the avocados and scoop the pulp into a mixing bowl. Add the tomatoes, onion, chile, garlic and salt.
Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl.
Using a potato masher, crush and mix everything together.
