Roma Tomatoes, diced

Melissa’s Hatch Salsa2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 (6.5 oz.) can Sliced Black Olives
3 Scallions, ends trimmed; white and pale green parts sliced
DirectionsPrepare the soy taco following the package instructions. Mix the soy taco with the beans and place an even layer in the bottom of a glass dish. Build the rest of the layers in this order:
A layer of guacamole
A layer of sour cream
A layer of tomatoes
A layer of salsa
A layer of cheese
A layer of a mixture of the olives and scallions
Serve with chips or crudités. Makes about 8-10 servings.
