1 whole California Blood Oranges
1/2 cup Sour Cream or mayonnaise
To juice Blood Orange, first soften citrus by rolling on a firm surface, then slice in half and juice with orange juicer.
Combine 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise and 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. orange juice.
Blend well and chill until ready to use.
Spoon over your favorite green salad.
