Blackeyed Pea Dip

12 ounces Blackeyed Peas cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Garlic Mayonnaise is delicious)
1/4 cup Onion
1 Jalapeno Chile stem and seeds removed (optional)
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Crackers or Bread for dipping
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender except for crackers until smooth. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers or bread.
