Green Muscato™ & Cotton Candy® Grapes
3 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
2 teaspoons
Melissa's Hot Hatch Pepper (Ground Green Pepper) Powder
1 pound Melissa's
Green Muscato™ Grapes, rinsed; cut into small clusters
1 pound Melissa's
Cotton Candy® Grapes, rinsed; cut into small clusters
Directions
Place the chocolate in 2 separate microwave safe bowls. Microwave them on high for 1 minute, stir and microwave for 30 seconds longer or until melted. Stir the ground chile into the milk chocolate.
Dip the grapes into the milk chocolate almost all the way up on the grapes leaving a small crown of the grape near the stem uncovered. Place them on parchment paper to dry. Once set, dip the grapes 1/2 way into the white chocolate and set on the parchment to set. Makes about 6-8 servings.

Dip the grapes into the chocolate almost all the way up on the grapes leaving a small crown of the grape near the stem uncovered. Place them on parchment paper and sprinkle lightly with the ground chile. Let set and enjoy.
