1 Kool Cabbage
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup baby heirloom tomatoes
or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
, sliced or cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 cup bleu cheese dressingDirections
Sliced one head of Kool Cabbage into four long sections and plate.
Toss bacon, tomatoes and acovado over each wedge.
Drizzled in dressing and serve.
