Medium Heat Classic Guacamole

4 Organic Avocado peeled and seeded
2/3 cup Organic Lemon juiced
2 cloves Peeled Garlic minced
1 Organic Tomatoes diced small
1/4 cup Organic Cilantro minced
1/4 Red Onion diced small
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
5 Serrano Chiles stems removed
3 of the chiles seeded and all of them minced
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Pico de Gallo Seasoning or Chile Powder to taste

Place the avocados in a large bowl and mash them.

Add the lemon juice and mix well.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve with tortilla chips.

When working with chiles, always wear rubber gloves. This will prevent the oils and juices from accidentally being introduced to your skin. You may inadvertently rub your eyes and they will burn.
