Lemon-Passion Fruit Salad Dressing/Marinade

1 Seedless Lemon, juiced
1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp (about six passion fruit)
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste


In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth.

Use as a salad dressing or marinade. Refrigerate when not using.


This is a great chicken marinade.
