Macerated Mangosteen and Berry Crepes

1 cup Organic Blueberries
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup Organic Blackberries
3 Mangosteens peeled and segmented
3/4 cup Port Wine
6 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1 package Crepes


Gently combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.

Fold crepes into triangles and top with the berries.


If desired, top the crepes with a little whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
