Turkey Enchiladas with Fire Roasted Salsa

1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Turkey cooked and chopped
2 Organic Green Onions diced
1 1/2 teaspoons Chile Sauce (like Tabasco Sauce)
3/4 cup Soy Shreds divided
6 Flour Tortillas Organic Garlic *Roasted


In 2-quart saucepan, whisk together milk and flour until well blended. Over medium heat, cook until mixture thickens and boils.

Remove from heat; stir in turkey, green onions, chile sauce and 1/4 cup soy shreds.

Grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Spoon about 1/4 cupful mixture down center of flour tortilla.

Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas and mixture.

Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
