Tung Ho and Shallots

Ingredients

2 Shallots finely sliced
3 cups Tung Ho finely sliced
2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

Directions

Place Melissa's Shallots and Tung Ho on a steamer rack with 1-inch boiling water.

Cook until tender.

Toss with soy sauce.

Serve as a side dish or over rice.
