Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 Melissa's Dragon Fruit - Magenta Flesh -- diced
1 Melissa's Dragon Fruit - Pink Flesh -- diced
1 Melissa's Dragon Fruit - White Flesh -- diced
1 6 oz. package Fresh Raspberries
1 6 oz. package Fresh Blackberries
3 Melissa's Kiwi -- peeled and cut into wedges
1 small Cantaloupe -- cut into wedges
1 Lemon -- juiced
1 Melissa's Star Fruit -- cut crosswise 1/8-inch thick

Directions

In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients except for the star fruit.

To serve, place the star fruit slices on a serving platter and top with the salad.

Another way to serve is to line the wall of a glass bowl with the star fruit and place the salad in the center.

Makes about 6 to 8 servings.

Notes

For a fancy presentation, hollow out a watermelon half and serve the salad in it.
