Simple Petite Choy Sum Stir-Fry

1 head Petite Baby Choy Sum washed
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cloves elephant garlic - minced
4 Celery stalks, thinly sliced


Rinse Petite Choy Sum and dice or just keep whole.

In a wok or pan, heat olive oil until just smoking.

Add garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Toss to coat well with oil.

Add Choy Sum and celery stir-frying several more minutes.

Serve alone or over hot noodles with soy sauce.
