1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Oatmeal uncooked
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup Whole Milk
2 Red Bananas ripe
Organic Low Glycemic Agave Syrup
Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until blended.
With a large ladle, pour about 1 ladleful of batter on greased hot skillet.
Cook over medium heat until edges of pancakes begin to bubble. Carefully flip each pancake over. Cook until golden brown.
Continue until all batter is used up. Serve pancakes with butter and Melissa's Organic Agave Syrup.
