S'more Chocolate Fudge with Caramel Sauce

1 1/2 cups Sugar
5 ounces Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Marshmallow
1/4 cup Water
12 ounces Chocolate Chips
4 Graham Crackers cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup Marshmallow for garnish
3 tablespoons Dessert Sauces (Caramel Sauce)
1/2 cup Raspberries


In a large saucepan combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly, about 8 minutes.

Add the first 3 cups of marshmallows and water and stir until the marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips.

Gently fold in the remaining marshmallows and graham crackers. Place the raspberries on top, and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Place in the refrigerator for at least three hours to cool
