Baby Dutch Yellow® Smashed Potatoes with Green Onion and Sour Cream

Ingredients
1/4 cup Organic Green Onions, chopped

1/4 cup Unsalted Butter - melted
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Salt for boiling Water

Directions
In a medium sized sauce pot cover DYP's with lightly salted water. Boil until fork tender.
Smash potatoes to desired consistency. Stir in chopped green onions, butter and sour cream. Season to taste.
