Yogurt and Organic Cucumber Salad (Laban Ma Khyar)

- 1 pint Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Mint or 1 tablespoon Dried Mint finely crumbled
- 3/4 pound Organic Cucumbers quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 cloves Organic Garlic peeled and crushed
- Put the yogurt in a salad bowl, stirring in the mint and salt to taste.
- Fold in the cucumber and garlic.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve at room temperature.
