Yogurt and Organic Cucumber Salad (Laban Ma Khyar)

  • Ingredients

  • 1 pint Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Mint or 1 tablespoon Dried Mint finely crumbled
  • 3/4 pound Organic Cucumbers quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1 cloves Organic Garlic peeled and crushed

  • Directions

  • Put the yogurt in a salad bowl, stirring in the mint and salt to taste.

  • Fold in the cucumber and garlic.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

  • Serve at room temperature.
