2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 bunches Baby Broccoli
ends trimmed and cut in half
4 cloves Peeled Garlic
2 8 ounce packages Yakisoba Noodles
2 Organic Lemon
juice freshly squeezed
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
In a wok pan, melt the butter and heat the olive oil. Stirring constantly, add the broccolini, garlic and noodles.
Stir fry until broccolini is tender but still crisp and the noodles begin to crisp up.
Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.Note:
If you like spice, try adding a sliced serrano chile to the batch.
