Spiral Cut Citrus Ham

1 9 pound Spiral Cut Ham (pre-cooked) with Bone
1/2 cup Brown Sugar unpacked
2 cups South African Baby Pineapples peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick
2 Organic Valencia Oranges sliced 1/8 inch thick
1 Organic Valencia Oranges juice freshly squeezed
1 3 ounce package Dried Tart Cherries
Toothpicks as needed


Pre-heat oven to package instructions recommended for heating ham. With your hands, rub brown sugar over entire surface of the ham.

Using toothpicks, attach the pineapple, orange slices and cherries to the ham. Squeeze the orange over the ham.

Bake in the oven according to the package instructions. Carve and serve.


There is nothing better than ham and Swiss sandwiches with the leftovers.
