Sweet Pul Qua Asian Squash

1 whole Pul Qua halved lengthwise
1 teaspoon Butter
Canela (Cinnamon Sticks) ground to your taste
Nutmeg to your taste
Brown Sugar to your taste


Place pul qua squash, cut side down, in a microwave-safe dish. Pierce skin with fork.

Add 1/2 - 3/4 cups water, depending on size of dish. Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes or until fork-tender. Place on serving dish and top with butter and seasonings.
