Sweet and Sour Cabbage

1 pound Organic Cabbage (Red) shredded
1 medium Asian Pears (Apple Pear) peel on cored and shredded
1 Yukon Gold Potatoes
3 Shallots chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon Peel
1/4 cup Organic Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar


In a large non-stick skillet, cook cabbage, apple pear, potato and shallots in 1 cup water, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add remaining ingredients. Cover, cook over low heat another 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender and mixture thickens slightly.

Be sure to stir often. Note: Serve sweet and sour cabbage with your favorite meat dish.
