3 cups Organic Cabbage (use Red Cabbage) shredded

Cole Slaw Dressing
Salt and Pepper
For the dressing:1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon Melissa’s "My Grinder" Organic Rainbow Peppercorns
¼ cup Whole Milk
½ cup Real Mayonnaise
¼ cup Buttermilk
1 ½ tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon White Vinegar
2 ½ tablespoons
Lemon Juice Directions Combine the cabbage and the next 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In a bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients until smooth. Add to the slaw ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately for crisper salad or refrigerate 1 - 2 hours until ready to eat. Makes about 6-8 servings.
