Spinach and Strawberry Salad

6 cups Organic Spinach stems removed

2 cup Organic Strawberries cut in half

1/2 cup Honey Roasted Walnuts

1 clove Organic Garlic minced

1 teaspoon Salt

4 tablespoons Organic Lemon juice freshly squeezed

2 tablespoons Champagne Wine Vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper


Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt.

In a bowl whisk together garlic paste, lemon juice, vinegar, zest, and pepper.

Whisk in oil until emulsified.

Toss in spinach, strawberries, and walnuts.


Used honey-roasted almonds for honey-roasted walnuts
