1 clove Fresh Peeled Garlic minced (use more or less to taste)
1 pound Baby Red Potatoes washed and cut in half
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Pre-heat oven to 375º. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir well, coating all baby red potatoes.
Carefully spread on a baking sheet, and bake about 45 minutes. Serve hot. Garnish with finely chopped parsley or dill.
