Petite Baby Bok Choy Color Salad

8 Petite Baby Bok Choy
10 radishes - thinly sliced
8 sprigs chives - diced
4 Celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 Apple small
1 Carrot small, julienned


Prepare baby Bok Choy by tearing leaves into shreds and dicing stalks.

In a large salad bowl combine all ingredients. 

Toss well.

Peel apple and remove core. 


Top salad with apple and carrot and serve cold with favorite dressing.
